SD Human Resources Limited on behalf of our client, a multiple business owner with interest in minning, real estate and financial services seek to engage the services of:Job Title: Admin/Finance OfficerLocation: Victoria Island, LagosReports to: Group Chief Business Development OfficerJob BriefWe seek to engage the services of a reliable and competent Admin/Finance Officer to plan & direct all administrative, financial and operational activities for the Group by providing executive and administrative support to the Group Chief Business Development Office.Job ResponsibilitiesPlanning and monitoring of all Group business activitiesProvides oversight and guidance to all Group projects through timely status reportsScope, plan and execute multiple, often quick-turnaround projectsDemonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Leads and directs the work of all subsidiaries.Coordination/orchestration of projects or commitments by ensuring alignment among disparate stakeholdersDevelop draft communication on behalf of the GCBDO and/or research in support of recommendationsAbility to prepare reports, proposals, policies and proceduresEnsure meeting aims are realistic, preparation is proper and GCBDO is well-preparedProactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of the GCBDO’s commitments and suggestion of mitigating approachesSupport subsidiaries’ executive team’s communications with the GCBDOAttend meetings, capture major take-a ways, and work with executive team to ensure follow up while monitoring progress/achievement of next stepsRepresent the GCBDO in outside for a as requiredDevelop & implement efficient system for gathering, collating and analyzing dataIssues identification and management through strategic recommendations on better ways of improving the Group performanceTranscribe, proofread and edit correspondence composed by the CBDOMaintain the GCBDO’s calendar
