Vacancy for USAGE AND RETENTION MANAGER at Mactay Consulting

Two main drivers for this position: increase ARPU and reduce CHURN. USAGE·      Data mining and the generation of databases for weekly promotional campaigns, based on customer segmentation.·      Coordination of weekly email delivery and other communications.·      Reporting results of the different campaigns and on the increase of usage. RETENTION·      Reduction of churn through different campaigns directed to activate dormant customers based on segmentation.·      Data analysis of consumer behavior to reactivate revenue stream from existing base.·      Ensure profitability of the segment and positive contribution to the overall brand equity.·      Generation of customer loyalty programs to increase usage and permanence.·      Professionally and ethically manage relationships with business partners (internal and external).·      Required a high level proactivity, enthusiasm and energy to maintain active and drive revenues from Smile’s customer base.·      Responsible for providing any other ad hoc duties assigned to you from time to time by the Head of Marketing or any other person appointed by the Company for this purpose.
