Your main deliverable will be to get 10,000 people in Abuja to test and treat for malaria using our service. This will be done in conjunction with the product and business development leads.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and work with pharmacies to develop long term partnershipsMarket malaria product to the public via PR, business development efforts and partnershipsCreate self enduring strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of new customersAct as a primary point of contact for the customer throughout their lifecycleAdvise customers and pharmacies through introduction calls, and welcome materials, including on boarding information on effective and efficient ways to use our servicesEnsure pharmacies and customers are updated on new product features and have developed a strategy to implement where applicable.Educate Customers on the value of the overall solution and encourage optimal utilizationGather customer product feedback to help define the product roadmapManage inbound requests and communication via SMS, Instant messaging, social media and phone calls.Regularly measure customer satisfaction levels through the use of surveys, phone calls, etc.Be responsible for particular key metrics and prepare regular reports outlining progressGet stuff that needs to be done done!
