Will include:1. Sales & Customer Service Driver: Initiates and implements efficient and effective customer service to promote sales, customer satisfaction and retention across the two Stores.2. Marketing: Gather market intelligence of area, build clientele network to promote marketing and drive sales3. Store Management: Oversees the daily activities of the two Stores in PH and ensures proper inventory Mgt/ process compliance and control in accordance with Store SOP4. Staff management: Evaluate team performance (appraisal) and handle minor disciplinary issues in the two Stores. Also Coaches and develops team on skills, knowledge and new improvements.5. Reporting: Timely reports to guide management in planning and decision making.6. Mall Management Relations: Maintains cordial relationship with the Mall Management of the two Stores in PH, follow up on Rent issues, Liaise with Brand/Accounts Units for Events, Branding & payment matters.
