Media Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Manages creative content and works with project budget and timelinesEdits and prepares the final results for effective presentationsExecute individual assignments at the supervisors disposition which are according to their characters within the main scope of the job or the need for the organizationDesign and execute original photography and social media concepts alongside Design and Production teams.Collaborate cross-functionally to support content marketing—including but not limited to social media and website assets.Establish and maintain graphics that articulate the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency is maintained across all channels, internally and externally.Oversee visual asset management and organization.Manage and maintain consistency in all creative materials.Schedule social media posts ensuring posts are optimised per channel and based on insights.Work alongside marketing team and ecommerce team to ensure social media spend is delivered effectively.Respond to incoming communications and address needs in a timely fashion       Create detailed progress reports to present to management team      Measure the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness.   Assist the Brand Communications and Content Manager to find innovative ways to utilise the social media channels to better the customer journey.   Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales Other tasks as directed by management.
