A manufacturing concern based in Lagos is desirous of securing the services of a experienced professional as Head of Sales and Marketing. Candidate must have a good first degree in the relevant course and preferably a post graduate/professional qualification, He/she, who should be no more than 45 years old, must have 7 – 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing of FMCG products, HORECA products, roast coffee, spices sales, marketing and distribution as well as disposable cups sales, marketing and distribution.Candidate must have relevant experience in the specific sales, marketing and distribution of the above products. He/she must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Candidate must be able to secure and close business deals within Nigeria. Role and Accountabilities:Financial: Develop appropriate business strategies, prepare business plans, budgets and any subsequent revisions, Review monthly business and financial performance against plans and budgets,Customer Relationships: Implement customer commitments, Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues, Implement a process which quickly/immediately surfaces and documents customer issues/complaintsInternal Business Processes: Ensure that all business and financial terms are agreed with the customer, documented and appropriately executed/signed-off. Set up and document business processes which assure our revenues and deliver customer satisfaction.
