Be responsible for developing and delivering high quality content across social media channels. The content will be developed through close liaison with the different Church departments. Must be proactive and creative, an Internet savvy & serial media/online expert with sound marketing acumen. Intellectually sound and shrewd, with a rich experience in digital marketing solutions. Continuously evolve the social media strategies to support the church & ministry through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationContent Creation Branding & Identity Management: Create content & brand Identity (i.e logos, colors, fonts, stationery mockups and social media graphics) for distribution across several types of media for maximum effectiveness.Content should also be pulled from Sunday services/announcements, special events in addition to other sourcesWebsite Management/ E-mail Marketing:Manage website updates, upcoming events, internal ministry updates etc.Proactively maintain effective web presence and improve online engagement through optimization and integration of email marketing, content marketing and social channels.Social Media Strategy & Implementation: Oversees all social media channels of the Church through 24/7 monitoring of both content from the church channels and response from the social media audience. Oversees and manages volunteers who assist in social media Provide monthly reports on social media activities and growth trends/metrics Graphic Design/Video Production: Custom Banners, Flyers, Post Cards, event Graphics, Social Media Covers, Print Design, Bulletin Design, Worship Slide Templates Design art and promotional materials related to church-wide activities with a high standard of creativity, excellence, and effectiveness Create Video clips to engage audience.Training: Creates a social media policy to help inform volunteer team of best practices when using social media. Train team of church’s volunteers to effectively run the social media accounts.
