Vacancy for Business Development Manager at PPC Limited

The Business Development Manager is expected to provide the necessary backup to the company in ensuring that customer relations are developed and maintained. These entails implementing identified marketing and sales strategies to enable the company achieve its corporate objectives in her identified targeted market.He/She is expected to Meet and exceed customer’s requirements regarding some identified products, Turnkey MEP projects while minimizing cost to the company. Other Job roles include the following:   Create and build a database of viable prospects. Assist the group head in discussing our products and solutions with customers with a view of understanding their specific requirements.·         Follow up on clients calls·         Assist in the preparation of demos/presentations to prospective clients.·         Update sales monitoring reports and also generate a weekly and monthly summary report.·         Draft and review proposals/quotations with group head·         To process the customer’s request to the respective department for timely action and response.·         Ensure that sales targets agreed upon are monitored and achieved periodically.·         Assist in ensuring the right packaging of the company for exhibition runs.·         Work with advertising agencies to ensure right media positioning for PPC and track expenses.·         Represent the company at social functions·         Any other tasks as may be assigned by the group head or Management.
