The role of the Front Desk Executive will be to maintain and promote the corporate image of the company by receiving and responding to calls and enquires from customers and other stakeholders in a professional manner. Responsibilities: ·         Ensure that customers’ enquiries and demands are promptly and satisfactorily attended to.·         Maintain good human relations with all internal and external customers.·         Provide initial useful response to customers´ inquiries concerning the company’s services.·         Liaise with other units in the company to satisfy callers´ needs and enquiries.·         Ensure that the front office and the security personnel maintain decorum in receiving and attending to customers’ inquiries.·         Receive and transfer telephone calls to staff promptly and effectively.·         Ensure that the reception is kept clean and orderly at all times.·         Ensure prompt registration, dispatch and distribution of mails within and outside the company premises.·         Maintain log books in respect of correspondence in and out of the office.Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management
