(I.e. Grow Market Share, Grow ICT & Data Revenue, Increase EBITDA margins, Assure Revenue, CAPEX Returns Management and Net Subscriber Additions).Participate in the review of Business Processes (headcount, process optimisation etc), to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction in Divisional budget year-on-year.Participate in Contract negotiations to reduce cost and drive MTNN Value Creation Philosophy.Conduct quarterly ROI analysis on the ‘’transform’’ S&D initiativeServe MTNN’s customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.Partner effectively with MTNN’s critical high value customers to enhance MTN’s Corporate BrandDevelop strategies and champion customer centric culture across the organization and develop/reform relationships with MTNN’s internal and external customers to transform the MTNN’s revenue.Drive an increase in MTNN’s Net Promoter ScoreStrategic Partnerships with MTNN leadership team to drive awareness on expected behaviours and impact on non-compliance on bottom line results and company image/reputation.Drive planned strategy for the successful delivery of MTN Group and MTNN transformation initiatives focusing on Customer centricity, including Perfect 10 Project.Partner with MTNN’s Ecosystem Partners to deliver business value.Collaborate with other business units in the development of business models for use in MTNN and develop measurement strategies to support ongoing strategy development and project optimization.Work with third party service providers to deploy and drive adoption and use of technology platforms that enable digitization in the sales operationsRecognize and replicate best practice from other MTN OPCOs in the areas of digitization and transformation of S&D operationsInstitute the use of POS, site and street level analytics in daily sales operationDevelop and present relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and best practice sharing intra and inter OPCOExecute and drive adoption of a Trade Automation Solution making intelligence on POS activities and performance available for the sales teamsAnalyze macro and micro economic trends to guide sales planning across the regions – defining headroom and opportunities for growth based on network investment and other drivers of business performanceDevelop a framework for implementing CVM in the channels especially using intelligence generated from the VTMs, TAS and other sales/POS management platforms to drive competitive advantage in the channelsReview market intelligence and competitor insight, develop approaches for penetrating the market based on existing channels identifying constraints, challenges and trade-offs of the approaches.Initiate and drive execution of relevant transformational projects to achieve the set of objective of becoming a BI driven sales organization
