The company has all necessary technical competence to build, upgrade and maintain Telecommunications Infrastructure, thus enabling the operators to concentrate on their primary bussiness.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: LagosSummaryThe sales manager is responsible for planning and managing the overall sales and marketing of the organisation's products and services, maximizing revenue and profit objectives.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/requiredSurvey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligenceDevelops new plans and programs and determine the effectiveness of current plans and programsManage/direct all advertising, public relations and promotionsActively participates in sales presentations, property tours and customer meetingsManages performance issues that arise within the sales teamsEffectively communicates with other departmentsConducts a daily briefing with department on current key activitiesAnticipate and address customer issues and establish proactive processes to promote customer satisfactionAbility to create and manage search engine optimizationExhibits strong digital marketing skills by driving social siteWork towards Increasing revenueTrains the team to use the appropriate sales pitches and supervises implementationEnsure all activities are channelled towards set goalsEnsures the brand and/or Group's loyalty program is promoted to customersEnsures the team applies the organisation's coordination policy to encourage synergy within the marketplaceEnsures high standards of service and the fulfilment of the brand's quality promise
