Our competence and credibility can be attested by many satisfied School clients from start-ups schools to well-established institutions as listed in our portfolio. Job Title: Retail Store ManagerLocation: LagosJob DescriptionThe job responsibilities would include but not limited:Acquaint subordinates with product knowledge and software training where necessaryManage/Motivate Client Service officers and support staff to meet or exceed sales targetsAssign workers to specific projects such as cleaning, rearranging of stocks, receiving new inventory or restocking based on the frequencyKeep track of stock ordering through inventory management softwareGive daily, weekly and monthly update on sales activities- items in most/ least demand, customer preference and market trends- to head of Supply Chain departmentAttend to customer inquiries (including but not limited to school clients)Deal with customer Queries, resolution of complaints and escalate when necessaryMaintain awareness of market trends and monitoring what competitors are doingManage petty cash expense at the outletKeep abreast of developments within the Lekki metropolisTrain and develop the staff working under you (leadership and personnel effectiveness)Attendance Register to be kept and monitored for all reporting staffSupervise and ensure the Cleanliness of the outlet
