Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Research and Communications Analyst for our client – a budding Development Consulting Firm her in Lagos.Responsibility:SummaryThis position is ideal for someone who is a smart learner, naturally curious and has problem-solving skills. The Research and Communications Analyst must be able to ask the right questions, know how to utilize the internet to gather data, and turn findings into strong and original content. The ideal candidate will be familiar with trends and best practices in pan-African development, proficient in using online research and communication platforms, and interested in the intersection between management consulting and international development.·         Conduct research and provide data analysis in support of client projects.·         Develop and administer tools such as surveys or online polling and focus group questions, analyze the data collected and develop into deliverable presentation style documents.·         Conduct interviews with clients, transcribe notes and synthesize themes.·         Support the development of written reports and deliverables through formatting, editing and visual design support.·         Continuous landscape scan and research of reflective practices.·         Coordinate and manage new media channels and content development for blogs and newsletters.·         Develop and manage web-based surveys.·         Outreach and interview community partners to contribute to research reports.·         Assist in planning and execution of meetings and convenings, including agenda development and logistical preparations.·         Provide administrative tasks for consultants, including but not limited to: scheduling travel, meetings and taking notes.
