Our products are transformed into a variety of end products that improve the daily lives of millions of people around the world. We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Regional Paper Sales ManagerJob DescriptionResponsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market shareManage sales activities in assigned African marketsDevelop a customer and product mix dynamically to maximize returns to the Company and sustainably over the medium and long termDevelop and communicate value proposition at each targeted segmentDevelop plans to keep trade and channel partners motivated and enhance overall customer relationship and satisfactionMonitor and control selling G&A costs and take responsibility for pricing decisionsOwn and manage the Sales KPIs as detailed in the BU’s BSC and measures thereofDevelop market and business intelligence; formulate & implement strategies, programs and plansTake lead in preparing presentations to clients, channel partners and alliancesSupport Sales Head in global sales management (volume allocation, pricing, market intelligence gathering and etc.)
