In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies, and be responsible for getting approvals for purchases.Procurement ResponsibilitiesEstimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchasesMaintain accurate records of purchases and pricingCreate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliersMaking professional decisions in a fast-paced environmentMaintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important dataReview and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price optionsDevelops plans for purchasing equipment, services and suppliesNegotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contractsensure that the products and supplies are high qualityCreate and maintain inventory of all incoming and current suppliesMaintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developmentAdministrative Responsibilities:Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsLease with vendors for repairs and maintenanceDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external events
