We aim to support SSME’s towards growth in both the top and bottom lines of their business performance and to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in allocation of resources.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Office Administration AssociateLocation: AbujaJob DescriptionWe are seeking an organized, self-motivated Office Administration Associate to join our growing organizationIn this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, organizing mail, and directing visitorsAs you will provide office support and coordinate office activities, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesSupervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performanceManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Support budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedWelcome visitors and providing assistance as neededMonitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as neededCreate, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records/dataSupport department managers, staff, and CEOOrganize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaningOrganize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as neededAssist with travel arrangements for office staff and managersOrganize special functions and social eventsPurchase computers, printers, supplies, and other equipmentMonitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipientPrepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materialsAssist other departments with administrative or clerical supportAssist colleagues whenever necessary
