Our team has over 100 years of cumulative and rounded experience most of which were gained by hands on tutoring facilitated by our manufacturing partners and conducted in very deft and deliberate manner over several years and still on going.We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Lagos Reports To: Head Commercial UnitJob Description & AccountabilitiesDirect Responsibility For All Company Activities That Result In Generation of Intel, Interests, Leads & Enquiries In Our Equipment Solutions And Services:Direct responsibility for developing, Nurturing and Managing the Relationship with ourChannel Partners to GENERATE INTEL on PROJECTS, CREATE INTERESTS, LEADS & ENQUIRIES of our Equipment Solutions and ServicesRegular Liaison with our Channel Partners communicating our VALUE Proposition and the mutually beneficial value potentials to their projects, proposals and responsibilities.Generate, organize and manage our Solutions & Services, Promotions, Road shows, Presentations, Seminars etc.Evaluate all Intel, interests, leads and enquiries and report to the Commercial Team LeadEvaluation and Coordination of new business development activities by Identifying new markets, devise and deliver promotional activities and marketing at trade and promotional eventsDirect responsibility for our Brand management and corporate Social responsibility programsPrepare reports for management team and attend management meetings when requiredConstantly appraise market and determine conditions and associated business developments activities needed to take advantage of existing or potential opportunitiesResponsible for trade and promotional materials and events – both electronic and physicalDirect, lead and oversight of our Public RelationsResponsibility and Superintendence of our SKYLINE Loyalty ProgramDirect Responsibility for customer relationship management - develop and build relationships with new customers while strengthening existing onesAlways be in search of and scanning for new opportunities, new projects - tenders, contracts, expression of interests, strategic partnerships etc.Direct Responsibility For all Company Activities that Lead to the Conversion of Generated Enquiries and Interests In Our Company Products and Services to Sales Orders:Direct responsibility for the Costing, Engineering, Planning & Management Unit activities of HANLResponsibility of ensuring compliance with terms of contracts entered with clientsResponsibility for the preparation of Cost Effective service Propositions to CustomersResponsibility for the achievement of established Sales Plans and TargetsResponsibility of generating repeat sales orders from existing customersDevelopment, Evaluation and Review of Sales Plans & ProjectionsPrepare reports for management team and attend management meetings when requiredConstantly appraise market and determine conditions and associated business activities needed to take advantage of existing or potential opportunitiesMake and Coordinate presentations and required follow upsOversee and review the preparation and adoption of adequate Work planning between CEPM & TOPSCarry out Project and Service management oversight to ensure that it meets planned work schedule, design, quality to customer requirementsResponsibility of bringing to clients’ attention any work situation that could have significant changes in costingDevelop and maintain Creative and continuous Client relationship (CRM) including following up on orders and new leadsTo strengthen the relationships with current and newly acquired customers by creative communication and interactionTo identify products that will satisfy customer needs in conjunction with the, business development and technical operations department and or with the clientTo periodically analyse, evaluate and understand the competition in the course of relating with the clientTrack the activity of competition in terms of salesTo file Sales report to HOC as required
