Division: Network GroupCore purpose of the JobTo measure the network indicators and provide NWG with data/information.To evaluate trends in network performance and recommend solutions to optimize network performanceTo improve network performance through regular network audit and trend/KPI analysis.Job SummaryEnsure value is created by maximizing asset monetization.Ensure return on investment for assets.Monitor and ensure degradations on the internet edge and Firewall network are picked within SLA and escalated to the respective Managed Services Vendors, Partners and internal teams for fix.Drive and ensure resolution of escalated issues within SLA.Ensure full network performance visibility of the Internet edge and firewall networkEvaluate the impact of changes/parameter optimization on the internet edge and Firewall network.Generate Internet edge and Firewall network statistical analysis and reports.Provide network and business insights on the internet edge and firewall network performanceAnalyze Internet Edge Router, Firewalls and service KPIs and measurements that reflect customer experienceMonitor and evaluate the performance of the multi-vendor Firewall network to assure customers’ satisfactionEnsure value is continuously provided during stakeholder workshops, meetings and cross-functional team engagement etc.Actively participate in Change Management reviews Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
