Key Areas of AccountabilityResponsible for maintaining personnel filing system in both soft and hard for HR/Admin departmentRegister new Staff for Health and Grouplife Insurance CoverReconcile backlog of staff NHF deductions and remittance to FMBN since inceptionAssist the HR Officer with arranging for interviewsFollow-up with Country Office and Field HR focal persons on recruitment documentsResponsible for maintaining all recruitment documentation in line with SCI guidelineTrack probation and prepare confirmation lettersResponsible for collection of timesheets; file and track as appropriate.
