Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for the role of a General Manager for our client who is an Agribusiness firm.Responsibility:The General Manager will be responsible for managing several departments such as Production, Quality, Finance, Storage and Logistics, HR and Operations to ensure the company is viable with a defined and clear strategy.The Job holder takes responsibility and leads the business to achieve financial budgeted parameters. You will be working towards achievable production KPI’s and strategy that you will also be integral to developing and implementing. Responsibilities Contribute to the company’s Strategic Business PlanLead the Production Team on farm and hatchery in troubleshooting problems as required.Lead the logistics team to achieve successful deliveries and any conflict resolution needed around the deliveries and customer complaints and related claims.Lead the Sales and technical service teams in all aspects of customer management, with specific intent of showcasing the technical and quality aspects of the company being on par with any European or American farm.To be responsible for the setting of individual and department goals.To perform department heads performance reviews.KPI’s based on Parent Stock levels, fertility, mortality, cost of production etc
