We also offer other fee facilitation services including application fee payments, tuition deposits, housing fee payments and enrollment fee payments. We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Customer Support SpecialistLocation: LagosResponsibilitiesResearching educational organisations, institutions, agencies and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.Researching educational institutions online to aid in consulting and counselling admission prospects.Own conversion of leads to actual revenue/paying customers.Managing customer correspondence, cross selling company products/services and closing transactions for potential clients.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
