We have a reputation for satisfying and surpassing our clients’ expectations.Job Title: Customer Service OfficerJob Description:Interact with the Companys customers to provide them with adequate information and address inquiries regarding products and services.Generate a joint customer database on every products and services the Company offers.Take notes/minutes of meetings conducted within the organization.Check, sort and forward emails to appropriate unit. Also, the customer service officer must acknowledge all mails sent to the company and forward to appropriate unit for action.Take notes of customer complaints, suggestions and feedback, escalate issues to your supervisors.Daily and weekly calls to customers (Customer Retention)Advising the customers on market and financial development, deals and promotions.Report of daily sales/transactions to his supervisor. Also, stock request should be forwarded his supervisor.Create awareness of the company services on social media platform and other platforms.Daily upload of new ideas and development on our various social media platforms.Daily monitoring of market trends, market price changes, competitors etc.
