Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized in creation of multi-sector and multi-discipline business platforms with specialist partnerships.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Contact Centre AgentLocation: LagosSummaryThe Contact Centre Agent will be primarily responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general informationYou will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phoneYou will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emailsManage and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide product and service information to customersResearch required information using available resourcesResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable softwareProcess orders, forms, and applicationRoute calls to appropriate resourcesDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer callsManage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.Provide customers with brochures and information packages on products or services.Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.Follow up customer calls where necessary.Upsell products and services.Complete call logs and reports.Other duties as assigned.
