Business DeliveryMaximizing growth potential with average revenueIncrease the vans foot printPreparing themonthly trade and team targets while focusing on the areas with the market share gap.Preparing the monthly PPC supply plan to cover all the accounts along with ensuring the quality based distribution.Achieving the trade quota in all products “Prepaid, Post-paid & IN ” and ensure 100% availability at all vans.Growing new accounts/ vans by searchingfor the potential suppliers & scan for new potential locations.Supporting new products .i.e. Expanding Vodafone Cash in the assigned region.Presenting business reviews regularly.Respond to supplier’s requests effectively.Preparing sales forecasts that meets the company expansion.2. Organisational CapacityProvide leadership and support for all team members.Working closely with the regionalization team toclose any market share gaps.Ensure that Sales team gets the proper training required to run their day to day job.Implement new sales force KPI’s, through proper organization to achieve our target to reach and cover.Clarify goals and tasks, and gather ideas for improvement.Conducting performance reviews with all team members.Communicating the competitors’ tactical/moves to the top management. 3.
