KWSG provided the initial funding and partnered with a world-renowned City & Guilds International for the design and construction of campus facilities, which were completed in 2015. As an NGO, the organizational and financial structure of IVTEC allows for an array of partnerships and collaborations with individuals, business and industry from within and outside Nigeria to ensure its future financial sustainability.IVTEC is scheduled to commence operations in the last quarter of 2017 with the first set of instructional programs in Automotive, Building/Construction, Welding, Electrical, and HVAC trades.About the RoleThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overall secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure services tire provided in an effective and efficient manner of the office.Key Performance Areas:Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.Provide administrative support to the college.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone callsAdapt and update administrative, processes, supporting the implementation of operating procedure, in order to contribute to the continuous Improvement in administration services in area of responsibility.Support the production of various data and compile and prepare reports, in order to contribute to provision of accurate information for informative decision making.Provide guidance and training to staff in interpretation of administrative procedure, policies, processes and use of corporate systems to ensure consistency and efficiency of services.Recommend management action to improve standard operating procedure.Other duties as assigned.
