With joining MainOne you'll be challenged, inspired and proud as you become a part of something big.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Admin Officer - Facility ManagementResponsibilitiesThe Facility management Officer will be responsible for monitoring the daily security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees, operational functions, and providing administrative support for the Support Services team in the day to day functions of the department.Other Responsibilities Include:Manages all the services provided by the UnitManage all office locations maintenance requestPlan and supervise new office location setupAllocate and manage workstations for all office locationsManage all office location physical Security ServicesHandle first level negotiations with facility maintenance vendors, and ensure timely paymentManage all office locations HSE and Security regulatory requirementOffice service assistants managementManage Lease schedule for offices and flatsRaise facility related office purchases and obtain approvalOther duties of a related nature that may be assigned from time to timeSupervision:To work directly with Head, Support Services.Contacts:Under the supervision of the Head, Support Services, you will be required to liaise and interface with other groups/departments typically involved in the Technical Management of the project.
